By accessing everalonia.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. If you are using the site for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for it.
2. What Everalonia provides
We publish independent game reviews, editorial scores, background information, practical tips and links to third-party game websites. Content is for general information and entertainment. Availability, features, monetisation, age guidance and server performance can change after a review is published.
3. What “free” means here
A game qualifies when a person can access and enjoy a meaningful core experience without paying real money. “Free” does not promise that a game has no advertising, no optional cosmetics, no expansion packs or no account requirement. The official operator decides its offers and can change them. Check the game page before allowing a child to play or before making any purchase.
4. External games and links
Play links take you to websites controlled by other organisations. Their terms, privacy policies, community rules, age ratings and technical requirements apply. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, uptime, security, purchases, community content or conduct. A review or link is not an endorsement of every advertisement or interaction on that service.
5. Editorial independence and corrections
Scores express Everalonia’s editorial opinion at the review date. We use first-party sources where practical and update information when material changes are identified. We do not guarantee every detail will remain current. Send a sourced correction to corrections@everalonia.com.
6. Intellectual property
The Everalonia name, site writing, layout, illustrations and site code are owned by or licensed to Everalonia unless stated otherwise. You may link to public pages and quote short excerpts with clear attribution. You may not republish substantial parts, remove notices, scrape the site in a way that disrupts it, or present our work as your own without permission.
Game names, logos, screenshots and related marks belong to their respective owners. They are shown for identification, commentary and review. Everalonia is not sponsored by, endorsed by or affiliated with those owners unless a page expressly says otherwise.
7. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to damage or overload the site; bypass security; introduce malware; use automated requests at a disruptive rate; misuse contact addresses; impersonate another person; or use the site in connection with unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.
8. No warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free content, compatibility with every device, or that an external game will be available or suitable for a particular person. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under New Zealand law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Everalonia is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or a third-party game, including loss of data, progress, opportunity or enjoyment. Our responsibility is not limited where doing so would be unlawful. You remain responsible for device security, parental supervision, account choices and purchases made on external services.
10. Changes and availability
We may edit, add or remove reviews and features, correct rankings, or suspend the site for maintenance or security. We may update these terms; continued use after publication of an update means the revised terms apply from their stated date.
11. New Zealand law
These terms are governed by New Zealand law. You and Everalonia submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts, while preserving any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer or privacy law.
